Group<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> together with some partners and suppliers at the <\/span><b>Museo dell\u2019Automobile in Turin<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, was the occasion to present <\/span><b>new products<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> developed and patented by the Group to solve some of the critical issues of its customers in the automotive sector<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It was also a pleasant opportunity to give our guests an <\/span><b>exclusive visit<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to the National Museum of the Automobile<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Among the main products and solutions presented, some concerned the construction of <\/span><b>engine covers<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and the screen printing and decoration of the internal plastic parts of motor cars and engine covers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In particular, <\/span><b>the biggest problems our customers find for engine covers are<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the height of the components and the size below the cover that are bound to the engine type<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">for some covers, the undercover thickness prevents the insertion of soundproofing and heat-resistant materials<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">there \u00a0is therefore a need to develop new technical solutions to reduce noise and cope with high engine temperatures<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the 2015 Workshop SAPA Group introduced the Soundproof Cover in PUR and Preox with <\/span><b>3 precise goals:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aesthetic and design value of the product<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Engine noise reduction<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thermal resistance<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The results were obtained thanks to the <\/span><b>patented SAPA co-molding<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with an acoustic abatement both at high and low frequencies, the most important ones in the case of diesel engines.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A more economically <\/span><b>more advantageous<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> solution than inserting multiple layers of preox, which, at low frequencies, is less efficient.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Also in screen printing to customize plastic parts (especially covers) our customers find a number of <\/span><b>limitations and disadvantages<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: the surface of the piece to be coated should be flat and this type of machining has particularly high costs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the 2015 Workshop we presented a <\/span><b>new solution to these issues thanks to In Mold Decoration<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: a three-dimensional decoration system through a special injection process in plastics.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Below you will find the <\/span><b>3 steps of the process<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/staging-222413.xyz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/3-fasi-processo-in-mould-decoration-SAPA-Group.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" in SAPA Group has been researching, analyzing and testing different materials available on the market that has allowed to identify a particular film that fits perfectly with the needs of the production.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>With these goals we achieved:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A reduction in costs and time of implementation<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A high aesthetic value<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A flexibility in design<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A resistance to scratches and solvents<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A versatility of the objects produced<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A more ecological process than screen
