Quando gli standard di qualit\u00e0<\/strong> nel settore automotive diventano ogni anno sempre pi\u00f9 elevati e l\u2019innovazione<\/strong> deve essere sempre un passo in avanti rispetto alla produzione, anche trovare verniciatori preparati e adeguati al delicato ruolo che devono svolgere, pu\u00f2 richiedere molto tempo.<\/p>\n

La verniciatura della plastica \u00e8 molto complessa<\/strong> perch\u00e9 il colore dei componenti plastici deve corrispondere a quello della carrozzeria, in pi\u00f9 \u00e8 un materiale elettrostatico che attira polveri indesiderate che possono rovinare il pezzo.<\/p>\n

Per questo nel nostro stabilimento dedicato alla verniciatura abbiamo adottato 7 robot e una quarantina di persone che si occupano di un\u00a0processo cos\u00ec delicato<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
